What are we going to do

We have first heated up the sauna with firewoods for you. Our sauna is really traditional from 1940´s. It is situated 30 km from Turku in the middle of countryside. The temperature will be around 50 degrees. It ensures nice relaxed feeling to start yoga. We will stretch together calm and nicely your whole body. You do not need any experience. After sauna we will serve you little snack and beverages like tea from green leaves grown from our garden.

NOTE! minimum is 2 persons

To get more from your event check also my breath freely in natural park (2-3 hours). It can be combined perfectly with yoga.

About Anne - the Doer

I have been instructed yoga in sauna for five years. I love to yoga in sauna because the atmosphere is totally different when you feel the warmth, humidity and sound of the fire. I enjoy when I see that all kind of customers from young to pensionist or small to big just experience this same feeling. Yoga is best when you have first been active. Here the nature is beautiful, quiet and very pure! It is lovely to just breath and breath! I have been a lot in the forest since my father taught me as a little girl how to respect the nature. That is why I have studied how to use natural herbs and plants for health and food but also how you can raise your condition and refresh your brain in the forest. I am so happy to share my knowlegde and spirit with other people in this beautiful Kurjenrahka natural park.
