Sailing Adventures (4-7 days)
Sailing Adventures at the archipelago of Finland (4-7 days)
Available in Finnish and English
5 hours
4 spots per experience
What are we going to do
Sailing trips at the archipelago of Finland (4-7 days):
Between the Archipelago National Park (Parainen, Turku) and Ålands.
This archipelago sailing experience is brilliant for travelers, couples and small groups of friends (max. 4ppl) who want to take a deeper look at the life on boat, sailing and the archipelago itself.
We will plan the route, places to visit etc. mostly according to the weather and winds, but since the many days on travel gives us good possibility to visit many places with different activities and things to do.
We will:
- Learn much about sailing! Theory lessons with practical exercises are very possible depending on your/team wishes.
- Be part of the Crew. This means shared tasks both on and under deck (cleaning, food help, navigating, steering etc). We will teach & guide, no special skills or experience needed.
- Explore the unique archipelago (activities are voluntary and not included in the prize): visit idyllic villages, hike, take stunning photographs by nature trails, find Geocaches, do sports with us, swim, sleep under-stars by bonfire, take few rounds on sauna, etc.... You decide!
THINGS YOU NEED
- water bottle
- eager and open mind
- warm and waterproof clothing
- own sheets for bed & sleeping bag (sleeping in 2* double beds, so it's good to sign in with a friend. Cabins are separated by a curtain)

My name is Jasper. I am passionate about sailing and offer alternative kind of sailing adventures & experiences to people as travelers and locals. Welcome to experience something stunning!

Reviews

We made an amazing trip to Seili island with my family and the boat crew. Jasper is such a great teacher for beginners and is very much good company for a weekend sail. Keiju cooks delicious meals with a great variety and puts a smile on everybodys face. I would recommend this to anybody interested in sailing and adventuring.

Claudia
The sailing weekend with Jasper and Keiju was great! Jasper is an excellent skipper and even better teacher. He was very patient with us and arranged the sailing so that we could practise as much as possible. It was a lot of fun and we felt safe all the time. Keiju cooked excellent food for us and it was lovely to chat with her! Jasper and Keiju's boat felt like home for us in the time spent there. We strongly recommend the experience and we hope to have the chance to sail with them again.

Adrian
This is a great experience, Jasper and Shaeila are really great people and sailers. You will learn a lot about sailing and will see the area in a different way, perfect for tourists and anyone who want to do something different and see turku and the archipelago from the water. Thank you doerzs and Jasper and Sheila
