What are we going to do

In soundhealing I place singing bowls on the body and around it. By playing the bowls the sound and the vibration from the bowls deep relaxes the body and the mind. In soundhealing you relax and let go and it is said that one hour of soundhealing equals up to 4 hours of deep sleep. Soundhealing is perfect done any time of the day - it will give you more energy for the rest of the day if done in the morning or during afternoon. In the evening soundhealing will relax your nervous system and makes it easier to fall a sleep.

About 7 years ago I found release from soundhealing to my hectic lifestyle. It was easy to let go and I felt completely open after my first session of soundhealing. After the experience I wanted to learn more so I studied soundhealing in Australia and then in Finland. I know there are so many people out there like me who has difficulties to just stop and let go. It is easier to do than to be. Trough my own experience I know this works and maybe it is the beginning of your journey towards more holistic way of life.
