What are we going to do
Come to live an authentic Italian Sunday: grandma’s home will be open to teach you the family secrets to prepare a perfect pasta. You will learn by the best chef ever!
You will be surrounded by the beauty of an ancient village not far from Rome, in the land of Sabina.
Together we will discover this place, having a fast walk around the castle and tasting the freshest local products ( we produce our extra virgin olive oil, too).
We will use seasonal ingredients to cook three different kinds of pasta: ravioli, fettuccine and cannelloni... buono!

About Chiara - the Doer
Two years I had to idea to start this adventure with my grandma. It was a kind of joke but unexpectedly people from all around the world started to come to visit us.
Actually my grand aunts take the class with me, too.
I learned so much from my guests. I shared meals and traditions and stories... Nonna has grandchildren all around the world now!
One world, One family ...lot of pasta!

This was an unbelievable experience that we will never forget. Extremely knowledgable and friendly tour guide/translator. We loved the brief tour of the village and castle and of course NONNA! We learned to cook several types of pasta and Nonna even treated us to a special homemade dessert. I wouldn’t change anything! The best of the best!
