What are we going to do

Guided tour (in Finnish) of the exhibition Kosti Koskinen – The Diary of a Man in the Street given by two local artists! Tommi-Wihtori Roström and Paavo Paunu present the exhibition and the life of Kosti Koskinen from their own point of view. The tour starts from the courtyard of the Rauma Art Museum and ends at the Old Town Hall. The price includes admission to the museum and a guided tour, as well as a zine completed for the exhibition, ie an exhibition publication in the form of a magazine (RRP 5 e).

Rauma-born artist Tommi-Wihtori Roström's themes exude the mythical atmosphere of a maritime city. The delicate soul of a collector knows every piece in his hometown like his own pockets, and the city’s art treasures can end up in his collections. He has his own gallery in Old Rauma. Tommi-Wihtori Roström is the chairman of the Rauma Artists' Association.

The spatiality of visual artist Paavo Paunu goes beyond the boundaries of painting and sculpture. Often large-scale works present the great emotions and dark tones of human life and the universe with gentleness. In the twinkling of an eye, the artist also paints a slightly larger place in the world. Paavo Paunu lives and works in Rauma and presents his art internationally. He has been nominated for the ArsFennica Award.
