What are we going to do
We will bake online together Finnish traditional cinnamon rolls! It is not easy to make soft and delicious dough, but I will share my secrets with you and teach you to how to bake it!
Make the buns in normal kitchen. You will need an owen and stove or microwawe. Also you need baking paper. We will use Teams as online channel:) I will send you the link to your e-mail address before the experience.

ruokalusikka /table spoon
1 dl mitta
3-5 l kulho / big bowl
pullasuti / pastry brush
Ruokatarpeet:
1-2munaa (voiteluun) / eggs
5dl vettä / water
2 dl sokeria / sugar
3 rkl kardemummaa /cardemom
3 tl suolaa / salt
2 ps kuivahiivaa /dry yeast
14 dl vehnäjauhoja /wheat flour
150g huoneen lämpöistä voita tai voisulaa /butter or melted butter
