Let's get forested and truly connect with pure Finnish nature!
Forest has been a home for Finns for centuries and it still has a special meaning for us. Now you have a chance to excerience local forest safely with me as your host.
The sounds of the forest, the scent of the trees, the fresh, clean air — these things give us a sense of comfort and feeling of peace. They ease our stress and help us to relax and to think more clearly. Being in nature can give us back our energy and forest is a perfect place for us to rest.
Spending time in forest has actual proven health benefits. It will lower our pulse rate and blood pressure and activate parasympathetic nervous system which will allow us to recover from all the stimulus like noise, hurry, notifications, schedules and other stressors in our active lives.
FoRest is not about exercising. It is simply being in nature, connecting with it through our senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. We will walk, wander and do breathing exercises together.
Time in nature will give you a moment to unplug from technology and slow down. It will bring you into the present moment and de-stress and relax you.

About Nina - the Doer
I am nature loving tree hugger and also certified Mind Coach specialized in stress and recovery. I truly believe that forest is the best place for people to ground and regain their energy. I would love to help you experience finnish forest because I know how exiting and even scary it can be to step of the road and start wandering on your own. So let´s relax together!

Gear needed: Outdoor clothing and proper shoes for walking in the forest, water bottle
