What are we going to do

For every salmon lover, loimulohi is a must! "Loimulohi" is the most traditional and most delicious way to prepare salomon.

Loimulohi (Finnish lit. “blazed salmon”) is a Finnish fish preparation, in which salmon is nailed to a plank and cooked over the radiated heat from an open fire. The plank is positioned vertically around the edge of the fire at an angle.

Join me when I prepare the salmon, see how it's done by the fire and enjoy it for dinner in a 300+ years old Lappish hut, "Taigatupa".

If you like, you can easily combine it with a traditional sauna afterwards (see my other experience). Save 10% when you combine Loimulohi and sauna!

Due to the location, there's no light pollution and if sky is clear you might even
see northern lights from September until March.
I guarantee you an evening to remember forever!
