For every salmon lover, loimulohi is a must! "Loimulohi" is the most traditional and most delicious way to prepare salomon.
Loimulohi (Finnish lit. “blazed salmon”) is a Finnish fish preparation, in which salmon is nailed to a plank and cooked over the radiated heat from an open fire. The plank is positioned vertically around the edge of the fire at an angle.
