Discover Finland and "walk" Helsinki like a local

Available in English and French
1 hour 30 minutes
15 spots per experience

What are we going to do

We will visit together the heart of Helsinki for a little more than one hour. I will be in Helsinki and you will be at home enjoying a cold or a warm drink in good company. During the whole tour you can ask me to move the camera in any direction and ask questions. I will be your eyes and ears on the ground.

We will start our virtual walking tour from a special location, Allas sea pool a modern multipurpose center in the heart of the city. From there we will walk toward the presidential palace and see the beautiful Uspenski Cathedral with its magnificent gold domes, the largest Orthodox Church in Western Europe.

We will end our tour on the popular Esplanade Park, fondly referred to as "Espa" among locals. It is the most famous park in Finland and the green heart of Helsinki. People come here to see and be seen, to listen to music and watch performances, and to enjoy picnics.

Reviews

Sheila
I work as a teacher and I have had the great opportunity to offer many groups a visit to Helsinki (by this online live walking tour). It has been fun, informative and just enough but not too much.

60 minutes of a well planned walk with information about a mix of new and old happenings and buildings, nice curiosities. Even the history of Helsinki is very nicely woven into it. It is obvious that Pascal Marie has a lot of experience and that he loves his job.
