What are we going to do
The best time to collect wild herbs is early June. The Wild Herb Guide and Green Care program service provider, Sanna Katajainen, from Elämys Ämmi Oy, gives us a wild herb course. Come hear the latest tips. Learn to identify the most important wild herbs and use them in cooking. No previous experience is required. We cook a common meal from the collected ingredients. You are warmly welcome to the enchanting world of wild herbs!
